Governance Dashboard

Use the Platform Access Committee (PAC) User Dashboard for user management: granting access, tracking approvals, and overseeing data permissions for audit tracking.

Study Admin Dashboard#

Only those with the Role of Study Administrator will have access to or see this menu item “Study Admin Dashboard”. Navigate to the PAC User Dashboard through the “Study Admin Dashboard” in the left-hand menu

Reading the Queue#

The dashboard splits users into tabs so you can see where each one sits in the approval pipeline:

• Pending : All users who have yet to be approved, will appear in this page, by clicking “Actions” the administrators will see an Approve Access or Decline Access

• Approved: users with current access.

Columns that will be configured for the Production Environment (not represented in the training environment screenshot above) include:

• Expired Access: users whose access has lapsed due to renewal after 1 year not having been executed by the PI.
• PAC Rejected: requests the committee declined.
• Revoked: requests that were previously approved but later cancelled.
