SMEs agree to the following data entry compliance items, with their sign off recorded in the table linked below. Escalation occurs if the deadline for when data entry is due is passed, i.e. the data is not entered or marked as not collected.

Escalation levels include:

• Level 1 Escalation: Data Manager is notified when the data entry due deadline has passed.
• Level 2 Escalation: PI is notified if data remain outstanding 48 hours after data entry due.
• Level 3 Escalation: Leadership is notified if data remain outstanding 72 hours after data entry due.
