The Lasso Stakeholder Request Portal is specifically designed for governance-level requests and is intentionally separated from formal study-level change requests to preserve clarity, compliance, and speed in both workflows. The portal is designed to:

• Track the origin of all requested changes.
• Ensure structured evaluation and approval workflows.
• Maintain a complete audit trail from request → decision → implementation.
• Link approved changes directly to data releases, pipelines, and documentation updates.

This system ensures that all study-level changes are traceable, version-controlled, and governed through formal approval processes, aligned with Lasso's versioning, audit logging, and release lifecycle infrastructure.
